 Ponente:&nbsp\;Hung Le
 Dr. Hung Le enjoys solving co
 mplex organizational problems with the ultimate goal of improving enterpri
 se efficiency and effectiveness. He joined legacy Northrop Grumman Mission
  Systems (NGMS) in 2002 as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt\, where he h
 elped stand up the Six Sigma Program and provided Master Black Belt suppor
 t\, and deployed Six Sigma at two major Divisions. Over the years\, Dr. Le
  has facilitated numerous Affordability/Lean Workshops and Kaizen Events f
 or new captures and programs to create and deliver more value for customer
 s\, as well as directing and mentoring Black Belts on process improvement 
 projects\, resulting in improved program performance and internal efficien
 cies for the various functional areas\, including Contracts &amp\; Sub-Con
 tracts\, HR\, Business Development\, and Business Management. Most recentl
 y\, Dr. Le served as the Mission Assurance Lead for the Civil &amp\; Healt
 h Business Unit in the Defense Systems Sector\, where he directed and prov
 ided mission assurance support to the Business Unit. This includes all qua
 lity management-related activities to drive program performance and busine
 ss acquisition awards. Before his retirement from Northrop Grumman\, he ra
 n the Program Management Office and led the Digital Transformation Initiat
 ive for the Corporate Functions and other Services Lines within the Enterp
 rise Services Sector. He now serves as an advisor to the Vietnam Associati
 on of Foreign Invested Enterprises (VAFIE).
 Prior to Northrop Grumman\, 
 Dr. Le held leadership positions with Deloitte &amp\; Touche\, GE\, KPMG C
 onsulting\, Fannie Mae\, and IBM\, and has consulted for Fortune 100 compa
 nies in a wide range of industries\, including high-tech\, banking\, and h
 ealthcare.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;
 Hung Le holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Eng
 ineering from the University of Virginia and the University of Maryland\, 
 respectively\, a Ph.D. in Mathematical Statistics from George Mason Univer
 sity\, and a Wharton MBA in Finance and Management. Dr. Le has served as A
 djunct Professor in Operations Research and Statistics at George Mason Uni
 versity and has authored and/or presented over 40 technical papers\, prima
 rily in the areas of statistical signal processing\, modeling and simulati
 on\, and quality and change management.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;
